A Biography of Kylam-Raf[]

Chapter 1[]

Kylam-Raf was the son of Pri'ulak and Bhea. He was sought after by the Jedi, but put in the arms of their enemy, the Sith. But before he ever became a Sith, he would be a lonely, love searching child until 17, when he became a Sith Lord. Here is his story:

Alone. He found himself, there, on Nar Shaddaa. He never knew his family, he had no friends, and he grew up in his home. A shut down trash compactor.  Kylam Carbonlifter knew very little about the urbanized forest moon. The only fun he ever had was becoming part of the Anti-Empire movement in the Duros Sector of Nar Shaddaa.

The Empire's ultimate goal, destroy the Republic and its Jedi allies. He knew little of the war around the galaxy, but he knew this. His mother and father. His mother was a Jedi Consular who fell for the proud member of HAVOC unit. She knew that his life could have fallen apart if he died. She gave her last kiss to the decorated Captain. He left for Bothawui.

The young Kylam Carbonlifter knew that he needed to move past his current life. At age 16, he went out to find a job in Club Vertica. He saw the rich life of people and grew upset, but he paid his dues to get the job, and he grew into a less poor lifestyle.

He was almost home. He had tomorrow off, so he would visit the Anti-Empire to see what he needed to do. He slowly walked into a hallway of Imperial Guards and a Sith Lord. The Sith ordered his troops to fire on Kylam. He was scared, and all the sudden, a new Kylam took over. His hands flew forward. At once, all of the Sith Lord's guards went flying back. The Sith Lord put up her lightsaber. "I'm Lord Zash, and I see that you have potential. Let me teach you of the sith."

Chapter 2[]

Kylam Carbonlifter left on a shuttle with Lord Zash. "What is your name young one?"

He responded uneasy, and said "Kylam Carbonlifter."

She took a second to think. "From now on, you will be known as Kylam-Raf."

He was shocked. "Thank you my Lord. But, if I may ask, why be renamed?"

"You, you have three brothers. But, they are all part of the failures known as the Galactic Republic. You have a brother who is training to become a Jedi Knight. Another has stolen a XS Freighter and is currently doing smuggling runs for their planets. The final one is currently finishing his training at the Republic Soldier Academy is enrolled to enlist in HAVOC Squad. But you have more potential than all three combined."

The shuttle made a slow stopping noise. Kylam-Raf felt it gently set down. "Good luck, acolyte. You will make a good Sith Lord. A leader," she said. Kylam-Raf nodded and exited.

As he walked out he was escorted by a male and female guard. He looked up at the statues around him. He then looked toward the female guard at his right. She bowed and motioned for the other Imperial Soldier to follow. They turned and exited to the shuttle. He walked in as the shuttle lifted up. He found himself greeted by Overseer Tremel. "You've arrived. Good, good."

Chapter 3[]

It was almost three months since he arrived on Korriban. But instead of leaving as an apprentice to Darth Baras, he exited, a champion of the Empire, for he just killed his former master, a dark council member, Darth Baras, and was praised by the Dark Council as the Emperor's Wrath. The most powerful Sith to rise in three months.

He still wore a black suit, but this time, it was different. It was not an Acolyte’s robes, but rather a Darth’s. A Sith Lord’s. He had the exact style of the ancient Sith Kallig. He wore black robes that drooped down to his boots, which were not visible. It was nicknamed by many apprentices “Acolyte’s Clothing. Initiate’s Headgear.” He put the intimidation inside.

He knew little of what was next. He never was on his own before, not as a Sith Lord. He knew that the war effort on the Galactic Republic must continue, but he felt he needed to follow the words of Lord Zash. You will make a good Sith Lord. A leader.

Those words would repeat, over and over in his mind. A good Sith Lord? I am one. A leader? I am one. He said to his upset self. He was confused. Am I a leader?

He decided he needed to fight. He reported to the battleground as he felt he must. He found himself fighting the Resistance of Balmorra. He led a squad of Imperial Troops. The Balmorrans contained a cave worth of good supplies for the Sith Empire. "Sir, the cave has Republic firepower, this is not a simple rag-tag resistance. What should we do?"

"Hold this position, I will handle this." His deep metallic voice said to the guards. He walked in. His mind pressed harder now. A leader, a leader. A LEADER. The Empire needed a victory. They needed a leader. An Awakening. An Awakened Sith. THE AWAKENED SITH!

He cut down every last Republic and Resistance soldier in the cave. I will lead an awakening. He was the most excited about something in his life. He left for Dromund Kaas.

Dromund Kaas was, for once, not rainy. He gathered all potential Sith for his meeting in his home. A Kaas City Apartment. There, he met with Darth Hendrall, Apprentice Ronyk, and Lord Selestyn. They were the only ones left sitting. They decided. They would form The Awakened Sith. Lead the greatest awakening for the next three-thousand years.

“I shall join you.” Darth Hendrall commented.

“We will crush the Republic,” The apprentice Ronyk stated.

“We will end the light-sided Sith.” Lord Selestyn remarked.

Kylam-Raf nodded. “Very good. I shall commune with the Emperor about this. If he says no, I shall provide each of you enough credits to begin your retirement fund.”

Chapter 4[]

“My Lord.” Kylam-Raf said, quietly meditating next to a bed. His head showed a red spirit-like mist floating around.

“I hear your results. I hear of your power. My Wrath, I wish for you to know that, I’m dying. Slowly.” The Emperor’s deep voice said.

“My Lord! What should I do? What imbecile shall I kill?”

“My defeat was not caused by an ordinary Jedi. It was caused by your twin, Jedi Knight Kaytop. I want you to lead this… Awakening… show yourself as the Warlord of the Sith Empire. Conquer the galaxy, once and for all.”

“What about you my Lord?”

“I shall find a new civilization. One that could not kill me. An… Outlander would be the one.”

“When will we speak again?”

“Soon young one. Soon. I will always have my interest on you, and your family.” The red mist left. He looked around. It had began. The Awakened Sith had been formed.

Chapter 5[]

Two months have passed. Kylam-Raf walked silently in the new base of The Awakened Sith. A Kaas City Apartment exactly the style of Lord Raf’s. He walked by the entry to see an Overseer, Angelest, teaching the acolytes. He walked by the Imperial Intelligence room to see Ryceren, Elitari Cokin, and Ericker, all Cipher agents, taking missions for Imperial Intelligence. He walked by the medcenter to see his apprentice, Kanaran, being cleaned of wounds he received by 3 Jedi on Hoth. He walked by the Cantina to see Andicim, Thabors, and Selestyn partying. He walked up the left stairs as he looked to the right stairs. The room was empty. He walked by  the Sith Lord Loana-Dasma, meditating. He entered the Throne Room to see Darth Hendrall speaking to a Strategist. He looked out the window to see Ragnnor Sinister dueling an Acolyte. He entered the Sith Library to see his Apprentice Anneessa meditating at the statue of an Ancient Sith. He walked by the Interrogation room to see a Sith Lord beating the newly captured Jedi Master Kel Dor. He looked into the barracks to see many acolytes, snoring. He entered the Dark Council meeting place to see a servant cleaning the chairs. “Out.” The servant grabbed his cleaning kit and walked out.

Darth Hendrall walked in. “Warlord.”

“My Second-in-Command.” Kylam-Raf said as he sat down.

“We are improving well and…”

“And what?”

“I spoke to a strategist. I am being called to Ilum to fight off the Republic troops. I may be back in about one to two months.”

Kylam-Raf nodded. “I have nothing against the fall of the Republic. I wish for you to know however, I expect to see you after.”

“Of course my lord.” Darth Hendrall bowed and extended his hand for a handshake.

Kylam-Raf stood up and shook his hand. “Be well. May the force make you strong.” Darth Hendrall walked out as his Apprentice Kanaran entered. “My Lord. My wounds are healing up well,” he said.

“Good.” The Warlord Kylam-Raf said.

His other Apprentice, Anneessa walked in. The two both said at the same time, “So when shall we continue my training my master?” The elbowed one another.

“Patience. It is an important part of being Sith. The Jedi are not wrong to have patience, but the pathetic Revanites out in the woods are smarter than them. And they settled on an Imperial world.” They laughed. “We will have you ready soon enough.” In a month and one half, Anneessa would be declared “Missing in Action” and Kanaran a defector.

Chapter 6[]

"War has been declared." A Sith in a Dark Blue robe said as he walked into the room.

"On who? Give me the details." the Warlord said.

"Republic Joint Special Operations Command and the Dark Jedi Order have both sent a message. They've declared a three-way war, wanting us to fight two battles at once. Multiple skirmishes have already occurred. A Sith named Grinyon requests to join as an intelligence operative and help you fight."

"I want the files of him on my table. Have the strategists plan an attack on Redmin, this will be the true spark of aggression."

"It won't be easy, several casualties, but we'll see what we can do."

"Begone."

Chapter 7[]

"So you have earned your place Lord Grinyon. Among the Dark Council, you will soon be awakened, and will be a representative within the Empire of what freedom truly is." Kylam-Raf said.

"I will not fail you." Said the newly promoted Darth Grinyon.

"The Dark Council is nearly fallen. With our defeat at Redmin, losses at Dromund Kaas, and the members MIA (Missing In Action), we have hope that you can help restore us to our old point." Kylam-Raf said. His armor was newer, updated, better, cleaner, much more awakened, and he never stopped wearing it.

"I've gotten this far. As the leader of Intelligence, I can do what's necessary to fight the battles, and turn the tide of this war."

"We've been forced off Dromund Kaas, and we'll be on Nar Shaddaa for only a short period of time, but soon, we will fight the proper battle, and we will take a base worth our armies. We've been producing a flagship and fleet for us as we speak."

"We'll win this war." The reunited Kanaran said. Kanaran had betrayed but returned the awakening. Earning some wisdom, he was awakened shortly after this time, and beginning to expand the academies reach.

"I couldn't see it not happening." Kylam-Raf turned to see Hendrall step in. He was followed by an Intelligence member, but he waved her off and shut the door behind him.

"Nothing will stop us. They cannot stop me, this council, and the awakening we're teaching." Kylam-Raf said.

"I will need to speak with you privately, but Lord Grinyon, it pleases me to see you've joined the wise." Hendrall said to Kylam.

"Begone you two." The Warlord said.

Chapter 8[]

"Move everything before more Republic troops come in!" Kylam-Raf said.

"Yes sir!" Lieutenant Ryceren said to the Warlord.

Imperial Intelligence workers picked up all the weaponry and data tanks, everything on Nar Shaddaa that belonged to them would move to Tatooine, and help them claim a new operations center.

Chapter 9[]

"I've always found Tatooine to be fairly beautiful." Lord Zelltt said to the three Sith standing there. Kylam-Raf nodded, Darth Grinyon looked over, and Kanaran didn't even attempt to speak.

Grinyon spoke up. "We have this place Warlord. I've told them how to organize everything. The archives goes in first, then the council chamber, the landing zone, and then the cantina. We'll organized the Intelligence room later."

"Good. We need to be more organized..." Kylam-Raf replied.

"I don't care, I just want war." Darth Kanaran butted in.

"There is more to us than war. Perhaps you will visit the Nexus again." Kylam-Raf said.

"I'll be fine." Kanaran said. "But I do want to focus my skills."

"Those beliefs is exactly why we're having internal conflict. We think we're too great to learn more. The Sith won't win if we can't stick to our beliefs."

"Say what you will." Kanaran said.

Kylam-Raf looked to Grinyon, who rubbed his head. "I have to return to my home world, Nathema. I need to bring Lord Zelltt with me as well."

"Very well. Do not be gone for more than a week."

"Yes Warlord." Grinyon bowed. The two walked off to the shuttle pad containing a speeder to Grinyon's ship.
